Monday November 11th
1pm - 3pm: Curling Clinic (registration required)
3pm - 7pm: Registration and Exhibitor/Poster Set-up 

Tuesday November 12th
7am - 9am - Registration and Breakfast 
8am - 8:45am - Media Event
9am - 11:30am: Welcome Address and Plenaries
Afternoon: Field Trips or Concurrent Sessions
5pm - 7:30pm: Reception and Poster Presentations

Wednesday November 13th
6:30am - 8am: Breakfast
8am - 11:40: Concurrent Sessions
11:45am - 1:15pm: Lunch followed by Plenary
1:20pm - 5pm: Concurrent Sessions

Thursday November 14th
6:30am - 8am: Breakfast
8am - Noon: Concurrent Sessions
Noon: Exhibit and Poster Take Down
